| 6-7 p.m.: reception (meeting with Harold Dondis and other chess dignitaries) | |
| 7-8 p.m.: dinner (a chicken buffet, with side dishes, salad, coffee, tea, dessert) | |
| 8-9 p.m.: ceremony (with guest speakers, including a special appearance by GM Patrick Wolff) | |
| Advance payment for the dinner must be received by Friday, Nov. 5. No dinner tickets will be sold at the door. | |
| Those wishing to come for only the ceremony, starting at 8 p.m., will be charged $25 per person at the door and will receive an autographed copy of the October-December issue of Chess Horizons, which contains an exclusive interview with Harold Dondis. |
