The meeting was called to order by President George Mirijanian at 8:15 p.m.. In attendance were Treasurer Bob Messenger (acting as clerk) and directors Robert King, Larry Eldridge and Ken Ballou.

Minutes

MOVED to approve the minutes of the September board meeting (Ballou/Eldridge). PASSED without dissent.

Former Clerk Robert King presented the minutes of the April board meeting.

MOVED to approve the minutes of the April board meeting (King/Messenger). PASSED without dissent.

Election

MOVED to appoint an election commission consisting of Ken Ballou (chairman) and George Mirijanian, and a third member to be named later (Mirijanian/?). PASSED without dissent.

Board vacancy

MOVED to appoint John Dould to fill a vacancy on the board (Mirijanian/Messenger). PASSED without dissent.

Treasurer's Report

Bob Messenger presented the September 2006 report, with net income of $265.17.

MOVED to accept the treasurer’s report (King/Eldridge). PASSED without dissent.
