- Event will be at the New $31.5 Million "AIC" Academic Innovation Center at Bryant University
- Plenty of Parking. Round 1 will start at 10:00 AM, runs continuous, except break for lunch
- FREE to GM's, IM's, WGM's, WIM's; Others $35 - $45;
- On-Site or Late Entry Fee the Day of Event is $10 more. Entries prior to 30 minutes before tournament receive a 1/2 bye, Tournament will not be delayed
- Entry deducted from cash prizes for players with free entry
- Anyone can always play "up" in a higher section
- Chess Sets provided for Chess Tournament, Please bring a clock if you have one
- The Ocean State Chess Association is a registered non-profit organization All profits are used to promote chess in the State of Rhode Island
