Rounds Time: Round 1 at 9.00 AM, Others ASAP. All players and accompanying parents are invited to join the post-tournament celebration party
Byes: 1/2 point bye available in round one, but must notify organizer in advance
Prize Info: Trophies for top 3 in each section; Medals awarded to those scoring at least 3 points who do not win a trophy, or to any player with the same point score as the third-place trophy winner.

Tournament Rules and Other Information
  • All USCF rules are in effect
  • Please get all your chess equipment. (Clocks are a MUST).
  • Based on number of entries, Top Section can be QUAD. Only First Place Trophy. Medals to 2nd and 3rd.
  • Sections depend on the number and rating spread of entries. The cutoffs for each section will be adjusted to fit the grades and ratings of the players attending
  • Players are welcome to bring their own food (STRICTLY VEGETARIAN). There's also a reasonably priced canteen in the Temple serving Indian Vegetarian
  • No meat, poultry, seafood is allowed on the temple premises. Thank you for understanding.
