Champion Section: Restricted to “CT players”--any player with sufficient contact to CT, i.e., residence, school, employment, CSCA Premium members, etc.--rated at least 1800. All other sections are not restricted and OPEN to players from any state.

- Reentry permitted into U2200/U1800/U1300 before Round 2.
