The meeting was called to order at 3:08 P.M.  In attendance were Maryanne Reilly, Robert Messenger, George Mirijanian, F. Alexander Relyea, Stephen Dann, and Kenneth Ballou. 

MOTION, Ballou/Mirijanian, amend section 7.2 of the bylaws by striking the words "or the February Executive Board meeting, whichever comes first" from the first sentence.  Passed without dissent (no abstentions).

MOTION, Messenger/Ballou, adjourn.  Passed without dissent.
