1. Meeting Minutes
MOTION: Approval of minutes from the April 30, 2020 board meeting (OP/YW). VOTE: Passed, 9-0
MOTION: Post the minutes from the Annual Meeting on April 30, 2020 board meeting. VOTE: Tabled
2. Committees and Coordinators
The Board selected committee chairs and coordinators. The full list of committees and coordinators is listed below
3. Spiegel Cup Finals
The Board had a discussion about the Spiegel Cup Finals in light of the cancellation of over the board tournaments. The Board was in favor of running the finals virtually. Players can play on lichess.org and connect to video calls in order to be monitored for anti-cheating purposes. The scholastic committee will decide on dates and specifics later.
